• Developed the BioModels data standard system, recognized as a crucial resource in the field of systems biology

• Analyzed by the European Union as a success case in the European Bioinformatics Architecture Initiative (ISBE) program book
• Led the winning team in the international competition for biological text mining, BioNLP, achieving first place in the SeeDev task in 2016
